REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE / MULTI-SITE PROGRAM

Building a company-wide environmental compliance program from the ground up.

A multi-site construction-materials organization moved from having no formal environmental program to a practical system embedded in daily operations.

01 / CHALLENGE

Multiple facilities needed one dependable compliance structure.

The organization operated 10–25 sites without a formal environmental program. Requirements spanned air, stormwater and water quality, hazardous waste and remediation, water rights, land use, mining permits, and emergency response. Without common systems, important duties could be missed or handled inconsistently.

02 / APPROACH

Build the management system around the people doing the work.

Joshua developed permit and regulatory tracking, inspections, procedures, documentation, training, and clear operational responsibilities. The program translated requirements across environmental media into repeatable tasks that site leaders could carry out and management could verify.

  • Mapped permits, deadlines, and site obligations
  • Created inspection and documentation systems
  • Assigned practical operational responsibilities
  • Trained personnel and reinforced accountability
03 / RESULT

A company-wide program designed to operate every day.

The work supported permits and regulatory approvals, reduced violations and operational risk, and embedded environmental compliance into routine facility management across the organization.
